I'm in Spain for Semana Santa. Its all impressive stuff with processions every day in every town. The church is like football - great stadia, vocal crowds, dodgy managers and lets you down more often than not.

We had a back boiler for 30+years and it worked well, but the end came several years ago and we got a combi as a replacement. In summer, the back boiler was on for an hour in the morning and one in the evening. This was for hot water. The hot water came through to the taps in maybe 10 seconds.

An offer of 4.5% is good. They don't do themselves any favours by just being greedy. Then of course they want the Uber rich to pay taxes when they fleece the passengers.
