In isolation, that's a red card for Myles Lewis-Skelly. But you cannot evaluate the incident without accounting for the foul by Mohammed Kudus on Myles Lewis-Skelly to start the break. He runs him over from behind, elbows him in the back, and doesn't get a touch on the ball.
