Sometimes I feel like beating up an user 😡 Dude approved what had to be done, he tested the result and then approved implementation. Now he calls saying there's an error, cause this is not how the process should be done 🤬 It's NOT an error! It's working exactly how you asked!

It has been a whole month since I sent my laptop to maintenance. It just stopped charging. They changed the battery twice and checked all components and cables, nothing seems to be the problem. They ordered a new charger. Here I am hoping it solves everything.
