As INEOS make "necessary" cuts, it should never be forgotten that 20 years ago United were a self-sustainable debt-free club. This, in many senses, was needless People losing jobs should provoke as many Qs about football's direction as the ESL and Bury www.independent.co.uk/sport/footba...

This is so sad. I loved doing joint honours (History & Archaeology), it enormously broadened my knowledge, skills, and adaptability. Our university system is so precious, and this slow motion car crash is devastating

❗❗❗ former leader of Reform UK in Wales has appeared in court accused of accepting bribes in exchange for making statements in the European Parliament that would benefit Russia, a court has heard www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Meanwhile 17-year-old centre back Luka Vušković has just scored his seventh goal of the season

Oh, and shame about the Arsenal

Tottenham win three successive league games for the first time this season. Started abysmally and could have been a couple down. Settled and scored after two well worked moves. In the end 4-1 is a little flattering, but it's another confidence boosting result. Some impressive performances too

World class finish by Kulusevski

Big deflection but that’s lovely interplay between Maddison and Spence, who gets the opportunity to celebrate directly in front of the away fans. What a season he’s having

Tel, who has had a really tough day, is replaced by Scarlett. Early days but it’s clear moving to the PL is going to be a big adjustment. Nothing worked for him this afternoon

Bergvall is growing in confidence game by game. Love seeing him glide past players. He’s some talent

Son’s two assists in the first half mean he’s the first Spurs player to reach 20 goal contributions this season (10 goals, 10 assists)

Tel is really struggling to have any impact on the game. Surprised if he comes out after the break if this continues

We concede a poor goal just we looked to have control of the game. Danso goes down far too easily and our defence falls apart. Can’t say Ipswich haven’t deserved to score though

Ben Godfrey getting torn apart by Son. They’re in different postcodes at the moment

2-0. Football looks easy when you do it like that

A classic Angeball goal. Tap in at the back post by Johnson after great wing play by Son. Great pick out by Gray in the build up too. Won’t be the last goal in this game though

Delap could have scored three in the first five minutes. We’re still in the dressing room

Danso on the left and Gray on the right already looks a mistake and we’re barely five minutes in

Surprised and disappointed to see Maddison on the bench. Thought he made a difference last week and, with Porro rested, this lineup lacks anyone who can pass the ball. Still, nice to see Udogie and Johnson fit enough to start

It’s Spurs day. My favourite day of the week.

Nothing more than Celtic deserve. They’ve been brilliant

Yesterday saw Tottenham’s first back to back wins in the league since September 29 (when we also beat United after a win against Brentford). In fact that’s the only other time we’ve won two league games in a row this season. Bonkers
