Missouri NIH Awards Funding: $808 M Jobs Supported: 8,499 Economic Activity Supported: $1.89 B

Today NIH cut indirect rates on all grants to 15%. Quick math for a local uni that means up to 150M disappearing from their budget. That assumes all NIH grants currently receive the federally negotiated rate. Which they don’t. A few grants will actually increase. But I’m sure it’s north of 100M.

Micah 6:8 It hath been told thee, O man, what is good, And what the LORD doth require of thee: Only to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.
