Brown butter salted chocolate caramel snickerdoodles. A damn good snickerdoodle by itself but then you hit the center with ooey gooey chocolate caramel. OMFG!!!! What a cookie.

I made a chocolate caramel nut tart with homemade vanilla ice cream for Gay Men’s Sketch. The tart wasn’t perfect but it was still damn good. The ice cream was sweet and tasty. A great combo with chocolate and caramel. I don’t know if food is the key to a man’s heart, but it sure warms the heart. ❤️
