This is just a puppygirl. They love eating things they shouldn't. Like have you tried standing between a puppy with lactose intolerance and a pot of mac and cheese? It doesn't work out for anyone.

Well, I never really thought about how it works too much, but after giving it a bit of thought:
- Falsetto voice + high larynx. If you don't do this part properly, it'll sound more like a sea lion or a crazed prospector
- Shout "Arrrrrrrr" but purse your lips into an "oo" sound shape after a moment
