Went into town today. Had my nails done... at the feet clinic! Then I had my haircut. Washed the bedding. Took the dog on a long walk. Now my back hurts. Fun times.

I wrote about this on Threads but mostly negative opinions it seems... Tubeless bicycle tyres? My mate gives them high praise on his road bike (700x32) The liquid fixes small punctures, plug fix bigger punctures in minutes. I'm almost tempted to try them!

The @passpixi.bsky.social still works against boy racers, I mean, the driver of the silly Fiesta gave me a fair bit of space when they overtook me... just a shame they were doing about 60mph in a 30 zone and nearly had a crash with on coming traffic!

CBA to ebike to work this morning, so I used the motorscooter instead. My meal break was 3hrs48min so I went home, had lunch, and rode my ebike back to work. Feel pretty good now tbh
