I can’t understand how parents will: 1) let their kid go to school in shorts & a short sleeved T-shirt (without a jacket or sweatshirt) when it is freezing cold. 2) not give their kid a rain jacket/coat or an umbrella when it is raining 3) not give their kid an umbrella but have one themselves.

Not only did Trump not release more water that would be useful to firefighters in LA, the water he did release was actually reserved for central valley farmers (who mostly voted for Trump) and will now go to waste instead of their farms.
