Gordon Ramsey's new show is a bit baffling to me. Its the same Kitchen Nightmares / Hotel Hell / 24 Hours, to Hell and Back formula of "restaurant is gross, lets make it better" but just with an extra layer of veneer over it. Like they were already producing new KN episodes, so I just don't get it
