Playing a bit with the Windows Copilot runtime. If you have the right hardware, it's much easier to get going with local AI than any of the other AI SDKs. Source and blogpost coming soon... #WinAppSDK #WinUI #copilot

Great explanation here of what's the big deal with this quantum computing announcement

Is it really a "code completion" if the code Copilot suggests isn't usable and I have to hit the Escape key to get rid of it before continuing to write usable code myself?

GitHub Copilot is sometimes brilliant! You should certainly try it if you haven't.

Only one or two members of my family has ever understood what I do (software engineering), but what's saddest is that the rest really don't even want to know. Maybe that's just the way it is in technical fields.

It took a while, but FINALLY Outlook (new) supports my corporate O365 account. That's a nice surprise!

It's good to see Microsoft surveying people about how useful they find Copilot. I hope they are also interested in the answers.

It would have been handier if I could have just shrunk my dev drive, but backing it up to external media then deleting it, recreating a smaller dev drive, then copying the saved data back seems to have done the trick.
