I don't understand fines for price fixing, especially when there are so few left in the meat industry. The fines become just a cost of doing business to be passed on to the consumer. Jail time for the CEO's and Board's would stop the practice cold turkey, so to speak!

Instead of giving corporations millions to include a few affordable units in their complex's for a few years -- how about changing zoning and licensing requirements to bring back old fashioned boarding houses. Use part of the millions to help defray the cost of converting space to make it work!
