This is a Mississippi story that's getting almost no attention. A confederate flag toting racist, Cody Rollinson, ran over a 10-year old Black kid, Jordan Hill, with his truck. Jordan was on his ATV. Rollinson fled the scene, not checking on the kid. Locals are adamant it's not an "ATV incident."
