Stress break suggestion- take some garlic cloves, coat with olive oil and pinch of salt, spread on a parchment/foil lined cookie sheet, bake at 400 for 15-25min until tender to a fork. Now your house smells great and you have garlic to spread on bread or make a sauce with.

I loved Captain America Brave New World. Sam very much carries the shield welll. I enjoyed the more spy thriller vibes. I still don't find the Red Hulk as a character cool or interesting but Harrison Ford did a great job. I can't wait for more adventures of Falcon and Captain America.
