My joints ache, I'm tubby, and I'm a comics and wrasslin' fan, so I have that going for me.

I'm listening to Stephen Sondheim's Assassins and thinking to myself, "This is modern!" I'm right, correct? CORRECT?!?

Deleted my Facebook account today after 20 years. While it was an easy way to reach out to people, it had become censorious and stuffed with ads, rather than just showing me friend posts. I've also had to go on a blocking spree since 2016. I'm done.

It only took me 40 years to get a copy of the soundtrack to The Last Unicorn. I can't believe it was never released in the US. Man's Road and That's All I've Got to Say are both incredible songs in an album full of great music.

Watching the Spaghetti Western, Fort Yuma Gold. You have to love the subtlety displayed when naming the love interest. #spaghettiwestern

Nine hours of 70's variety show goodness. I miss this kind of TV. Gonna install shag carpeting. #captainandtennille

Just remember: It's still okay to eliminate Nazis. I won't get in your way.

It's nice to see more of my friends migrating over here from the other place. More sane people is always a good thing.

I'm watching a TV movie from 1988 about Liberace starring Andrew Robinson and, damn, if he isn't nailing the part. Not a great film, but he is fantastic.

Have a happy Thanksgiving, folks. Focus on your friends and family. They're important.

Can I just say how much I'm enjoying the current Phantom Zone storyline in Action Comics? Oh, I just did. Good stuff.

A lot of folks are giving up in advance. Capitulating before a single skirmish. Well, not this old warrior. I’ve seen much worse from the U.S. government in my day. I’m concerned for our country, but not a bit scared of these miscreants. I’m ready to do my part. Who’s with me?

Comics lost a major talent when Cook passed. New Frontier is still one of my all-time favorite comics.

I had one of these. Best thing to come out of the excitement leading up to Phantom Menace. We were all so excited. Then we saw the movie. Then the candy melted. Kind of how I feel after Election Day.

Can I just say how refreshing it is to be on a site where people are being civil to one another and conversing about the things they love? Let's hope it can last.
