Southwest Airlines, the fourth largest airline in the US, is seemingly unaffected by the problematic CrowdStrike update that caused millions of computers to BSoD because it used Windows 3.1. Aside from Windows 3.1, Southwest also uses Windows 95 for its staff scheduling system.

Limited edition of the Dreamcast console Biohazard Code: Veronica (Resident Evil: Veronica) in two different versions. They were released in Japan. In The Red Claire version only 1,800 consoles were released, and in the Blue S.T.A.R.S. version only 200 consoles were released.
