As someone who goes through waves of insomnia, @geobro.swifties.social recommending the Twinnings sleepytime teas have been very helpful; not for during, but like now, for helping restful sleep the following night. Yes it’s 11pm and I’ve been up for 21 hours. The tea will fix it. Magical tea.

I’m a librarian so this is a hot take among my colleagues, but this to me is the most beautiful thing in the world!! Pristine books make me sad - write on them, bend the covers, crack the spine, dog-ear the pages, accidentally spill a coffee on them. To be loved is to be changed.
