Well, I fell down a rabbit hole tonight trying to replicate a #QGIS function in #rspatial. Thanks for Antonio Paez's book for guidance on the nndist() function. The only thing I didn't see was how to calculate a z-score or p-value. Still, Rn<1 means clustered.
