If members of Congress—like Rep. Grothman —are this clueless about what the man who is dismantling our government is saying and promising, they don’t deserve to keep their jobs! This woman is in his face, begging him to wake TF up—and he just walks off. Pathetic.

let me say that this is the classic “just asking questions” approach to delegitimizing the achievements of black people. and critically, you don’t even have to be a black person who talks about race. simply being black to these people means you are “obsessed with race.”

Rep Raskin has been great. Rep Ocasio-Cortez has been great. And Rep Frost and Rep Crockett. Senator Murphy. Maybe no one knew exactly what to do. But such people laid down a clear marker. Let’s respect these and other elected federal representatives who stood out these first few weeks.

I know at least 10 people who attended the town hall in Roswell, GA last night with Rich McCormick (GA-7). No. The angry constituents were not plants. The 7th is a gerrymandered district that includes a lot of the northern suburbs that were part of the old 6th, which Lucy McBath (D) won.
