In 1964-65 humans created Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, and Head Start. If you want to 'make America great again,' maybe revisit the era when you actually acted like you cared.

I need someone to explain to me why it’s always “if you can’t pay rent, buy fewer lattes and avocado toasts” and not “if you can’t pay your employees a living wage, buy fewer yachts and real estate”. Explain it to me like I’m in kindergarten.

America has 815 billionaires as of this year. Collectively they have a record $6.7 trillion in wealth. The bottom 50% of Americans control $3.7 trillion in wealth. When 815 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.

The thing about England and a lot of the folk that are English is that shed loads of em spent a lot of time and energy telling me things that they are not into. Do not like. Have a problem with. Much less time was spent telling me what they do like, are into, is positive.
