I love this photo of one of my sporting heroes, Oregon Ducks quarterback Bill Musgrave, seen this week for the first time. He looked more like a chess wiz than a football player, but in 1989 Musgrave led a then-perennially losing program to its first postseason game in 26 years.

This whole idea that it's "Ant vs SGA" is literally the dumbest conversation ever. It's a TEAM game. It took Jordan 7 years to get through the East... because he finally had a team around him that could win. One player can elevate the team around them, but they cannot win it all by themselves.

My middle school girls soccer team has improved SO much in four weeks. They communicated so well and played so unselfishly today! They are clearly starting to "think" the game well beyond "see ball, kick ball." Absolutely nothing feels better as a coach.
