Fibre - what is that? I prefer what my mother used to call it - ROUGHAGE. Now 'Roughage' sounds like something that's going to get in there and hustle things along. 'Fibre', sounds like some kind of wishy-washy substance that doesn't want to make things awkward for the gut.
