Amen to that.

Can we just seize the Russian assets already and give them to Ukraine? Good lord just do it

Now Trump is ignoring the court. What's the next? www.npr.org/2025/02/10/n...

The US government has been turned over to a group of extraordinarily ignorant people, and they are working to destroy science in this country. Cutting over half the NSF budget would save < 0.1% of the federal budget, but do incalculable harm. Simply heartbreaking. arstechnica.com/science/2025...

As Elon Musk continues to talk about subsidies, let’s remember that he is the LARGEST GOVT SUBSIDIES RECIPIENT in the country!

Spot on from @chrismurphyct.bsky.social

Great to see. Hope it lasts.

The chances that DOGE directly leads to intelligence agency assets getting killed is like.. nearly 100%. Which I'm sure is going to go just ~dandy~

Is Musk is *just now* being made a “special government employee” just confirms how illegal this has all been!

As China continues to give money and projects to countries to gain influence, we are shutting down our agencies that do that. China is eating our lunch and Trump is the reason. Sorry folks, if you don’t see it you don’t understand how the world works. Period

As democracy is being dismantled and the economic and political status of the US is being trashed, people who get their info from Fox News have no idea.

Hey. Here are the names of the unauthorized dudes who are creeping into government computers: The engineers are Akash Bobba, Edward Coristine, Luke Farritor, Gautier Cole Killian, Gavin Kliger, and Ethan Shaotran. These are the DOGE boys.

Random computers being plugged into federal networks is obviously terrifying in terms of what data they're deliberately accessing, but it's also terrifying because it implies controls are being disabled - unmanaged systems should never have access to this data. Who else has access to those systems?

This is a hostile takeover of the federal government by a private citizen of unlimited means with no restrictions and no transparency. Welcome to the Deep State www.reuters.com/world/us/mus...

My first and definitely last time working with the Los Angeles Times. Editing out the most urgent point of an OpEd in the minutes before sending to press while then also assigning a title and image that suggest an argument entirely opposite to the author’s clear intent is pretty shitty.

The plane-crash president.
