I’ve been collectively losing weight over the year but I’ve had no motivation to workout additionally to the solo parent daily strength of doing it all by myself I can’t do a solid push up right now but I can carry a tantrum bearing “40lb tall 4.5 year old” for 3+ hours straight slow>no progress

Back home before midnight. I did not have the best time..parenting a child who struggles with communication and his own grief has been, not fun, to say the least. Managed to tire him out but this is a struggle for both of us
