Project: Kale Forest is GO. A year ago I wasn't a horticulturist or land worker. Now I can say: let's go BIG on perennial kale, take the cuttings (last Nov), pot them & now here are beds cleared & mulched by volunteers & 50 plants in the ground. I like this kind of "progress". #permaculture 🌱🇬🇧

Poly tunnel newt! A first sighting for a smooth newt up at The Pingle organic smallholding - it was very happy under a clump of Claytonia in a salad bed in the tunnel. Seeing such clear (& such cute) proof of increasing biodiversity here makes all the hard work all worthwhile 🙂 #permaculture 🌱🇬🇧

PIP is not an "out of work benefit". A lot of what people use PIP for is to actually help them work. Making it harder to access will mean fewer people get genuine, rather than political soundbites, support. It is going to devastate lives. This is a cruel and pointless policy which only causes harm.
