Day #30 Last day. Mufasa The Lion King 2024. It's a good original story film. #Film #filmsky 🎬🎥📽

Day #29 Train to Busan 2016 When I was in my zombie era, I watched this excellent film. It was terrifying but had an excellent relationship story. I always watch with subtitles because the mouth/speaking dissonance drives me nuts. #Film #filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #28 The Grand Budapest Hotel 2014 I love Wes Anderson movies. The color palettes in this are my favorites. #Film #filmsky 🎬🎥📽

Day #27 I saw several movies in 2024. Several would be in my top 10, Wicked, Deadpool and Wolverine, Challengers, Dune P.2. But I think my favorite was Conclave. It was a beautiful, suspenseful film with a crazy twist at the end. #Film #filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #26 The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings, 2001 I missed the first two in the theater and watched them on DVD. I did see Return of the King in the cinema. Kicked myself for not seeing the first 2 in that venue. This series was made for the big screen. #filmsky #film 🎬🎥📽

Day #25 Airplane 1980. This movie still makes me laugh. Some of the jokes haven't aged well, but it is a snarky look at flying in the 80s. #Film #filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #24 Jojo Rabbit directed by Taika Waititi. This movie is so good. Taiki Waititi directed, wrote the screenplay, and played Hitler in this movie. #Film #filmsky 🎬🎥📽

Day #23. Date Night 2010 I can't believe this movie is 15 years old. This movie makes me laugh out loud every time.

Day #22 UP 2009 This animated film is a roller coaster of emotions and a great story. #Film ##filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #21 Hairspray 1988. I like both versions but have to stick with the original. This was my first exposure to John Waters. #Film #filmsky 🎬🎥📽

Day #20. Top Gun 1986 I'm a sucker for Kenny Loggins and this movie satisfies that itch. It also includes several other great songs. #Film #filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #19 Apocalypse Now 1979 Worst movie I have ever seen. I'm not sure if it was because it was too close to when the war or the fact it should have been 2 movies or I was just too young to appreciate it. #Film #filmsky🎬🎥📽

Day #18 Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark 1981 I could watch this movie anytime, jump in at any point in the movie, or watch on repeat. It's got it all, action, drama, comedy, mystery, and romance. #Film #filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #17 it is so hard to pick a single movie from the 90s. I was going with Shawshank Redemption. It is a satisfying movie where those who abuse power fafo. But, I landed on The Matrix 1999. For those who haven't grown up with today's SFX, this movie blew my mind away. #filmsky #film 🎬🎥📽

Day #16 Marley & Me 2008. I know it's coming, but I'm still a blubbering mess. #Film #filmsky 📽🎥🎬

Day #15 Jumanji 1995 Robin Williams is one of my favorite actors. While known mostly for comedy, he was also a great all-around actor. This movie is funny, action packed and is also about relationships and their impact. #Film #filmsky 🎬🎥📽

Day #14 The Color Purple 1985 One of the first movies I went to see with my future husband. I loved it so much that I read the book. #Film 🎬🎥📽 #filmsky

Day #13 The Godfather 1972. Don't hate on me. When it first came out, I was too young to see on my own. In between then and now, I never bought the VHS, DVD, etc.. Now that streaming is available, I just need to make the time. #film 🎬📽🎥

Day #12 The Wizard of Oz 1939 I have been watching this movie for decades. Funny thing when you watch over and over, you see new little details. I remember the first time I noticed the horse of many colors actually changing colors. #film 🎥📽🎬 #filmsky

Day #11 I love a good action movie. It could be one of the DC, MCU, Star Wars, Matrix series, Mad Max series, Bond series, Mission Impossible... I could go on and on. I'm going to land on Inception 2010. It has mind-bending action along with Cillian Murphy and Leonardo DiCaprio. #film 🎬📽🎥 #filmsky

Day #10 Black Panther: Wakanda Forever 2018 with The Green Mile as a close second. I love the MCU, and this movie packed a punch in more ways than one. The Green Mile is a heartbreaking look at the cruelness of humanity. #film #fimsky

Day #9 Blade Runner 1982. This was a tough one. There are so many iconic films from the 80s. It's hard to pick just one. However, I do love future dystopian films, and this fits the bill. Plus, Harrison Ford and Rutger Hauer, why not? #film #filmsky

Day #8 Ford vs Ferrari. I love to go to the movies. My husband, not so much. At least not the movie experience. He decided he wanted to see this movie in the theater. We had a great time. #Film #filmsky

Day #7 Woman of the Year with Katharine Hepburn 1942. She always portrayed to me a sense of self-confidence. Her acting span the gamet from comedy to serious drama. This particular movie was one of the earliest where I saw the traditional gender roles challenged. #Film #filmsky

Day #6 The Fifth Element. This never gets old. It has all the essentials in a good movie: comedy, drama, and a message about how shitty humans can be and also how they can save each other. #Film #filmsky

Lordy, this will date me. Yes, this was a real movie! #filmsky #film

Forgot the tags. #films #filmsky

Day #4 The Sting with Robert Redford and Paul Newman. It seemed like every other movie we saw in the 70s had Robert Redford. This was a fun movie.

Day #3 1975 One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. This movie was one of the first, where I became aware that the "good" guy doesn't always win. Also, it was one of the first of Jack Nicholson movies I would see. #film #filmsky

Day #2 48 years after I first saw this movie, the scene with the organ player communicating with the ship still gives me chills. #film #filmsky

Day #1 The Spy Who Loved Me was shot in Giza and Luxor. Roger Moore was not my favorite Bond. #film #filmsky
