Introducing Cecil Sharp's Singers Lydia Wyatt (1828-1916) and George Wyatt (1822-1907) Sharp visited their house in West Harptree, in 1904 and 1906. The Wyatts provided him with 13 songs, with two of George’s, ‘Rambling sailor’ and ‘Blackbirds and thrushes’ appearing in 'Folk Songs from Somerset'
