Wouldn't it be amazing for a player to be announced and shown off to a crowd pre-match? I remember, I think (I'm older now), Tony Woodcock signing on the pitch. Wiltord and van P were presented to the crowd before a match too....

20yrs ago I was glued to the TV news as the story of the Tsunami was being broadcast at length. The scale of loss and devastation really got to me. Thinking of everyone lost and affected every year on Boxing Day.
