Had the family for dinner yesterday at our new apartment .Told our daughter we have paid the debt off on her flat we financed due to her never being able to get a mortgage on her earnings . The look on her face was priceless. #downsizing #bankofmumanddad

Yesterday we signed all the paperwork to sell our house and move to our brand new apartment end of next week. The Scottish system of buying and selling a home is so much easier than England. Sorting out the utilities is so much worse!!!!
