This current Administration has us SANE folk feeling this way… Every week there’s some more upheaval & chaos. As a Veteran I can’t begin to tell you how outaged I am re: Signalgate… My ass would’ve been Court Martialed, & I’d be sitting in a Military Prison (post haste) if I did what they did…😡

These 2 Ole Air Force & Army Vets 🇺🇸 (70 & 75) have no words for what has transpired in less than 2 months into this deplorable Administration. What I can tell you is yes, they have let hardworking Veteran Workers & regular, caring HCW Staff go at our VA Hospital. 😡

We 2 Ole Veterans 🇺🇸(Interracial couple at that) have both Gay & Trans people within our family. Our Trans (now) Grandaughter flew out from FLA to CA to tell us in person. She wasn’t sure how we’d react. (ya never know) We told her 2 things: 1) We support & ❤️ U. 2) Please be careful out there.

This 70 yr old Air Force Vet is holding on to Lewis’ words like a lifeline these days. I’ve did my share of protesting, marching & sit-ins back in the day (Civil Rights/Women’s Rights, etc) but I’ve never witnessed such ugliness, chaos, & just plain evil as I have these past few weeks. 😞

Hi Peeps. Haven’t been on here for awhile. These 2 Ole Veterans 🇺🇸 are furious at the amt of employees they want to let go at our VA Hospitals. I’m just at a loss for words lately… over all this chaos. And don’t get me started on the lack of support for Ukraine. It’s just evil. “Putins Puppet.”

Read this book as required reading in High School. (1969~1972) Orwell’s message was so prophetic. Grateful my Long Island (N.Y) School System didn’t partake in banning books. Looking back me & my High School pals are still so damn grateful for the good Public School education we received. 📚
