When Animorphs ended, fans were vocal about how they didn't like the depressing ending. K.A. Applegate responded with amongst the most brutal letters I've read. It takes a generational talent to tell your fans "If you're mad at me because that's what you have to take away from Animorphs, too bad."

Watching "Ladyhawke" even though it's not the best fantasy (too much Matthew Broderick and the music is all wrong..) but ya know, sometimes you just need a comfy, dreamy 80s fantasy movie.

Been slowly taking steps to be healthier! I've done 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday and today and I'm gonna try to make it a daily habit... But good lord... Cardio sucks when you haven't done it in a long time ((...years)). I'll be healthier but damn at what cost???

Weird situation but I'll be moving to France for a while?? Life is strange.

Read the first "Hunger Games" book after having only read it once ages ago. Her writing is so punchy and precise. Like, I know it's a YA novel, but not a word is out of place. Super quick, yet near perfect execution.

Oh Colorado! I love you on days like today. Home from work early and it's 68 F with a warm wind and the mountains are clear!
