I have 2 restaurants I go to where 2 eggs, homefries, toast and coffee cost ~$11.00 complete. I asked the owners how they could do that when others were charging $15-23. Both said the difference was they owned the buildings, so they weren't paying high rents or worrying about sudden rent increases.

📽️ Saw last night. It's a good yarn & and a bridge between the last Avengers and the next version. Too many scenes of faceless goons trying to kill the Captain whilst being killed by the flying shield (can't anyone choreograph novel fight scenes?) but overall, recommended for a good popcorn movie.
