Corey is TOTALLY wrong here. I buy MULTIPLE haircuts a year from my barber but he BUYS NOTHING FROM ME. He treats me very poorly even though I'm subsidizing his barber shop. Very UNFAIR. But, it would be great to add his barber shop to my property, think of the great things we could do.
