ok, so basically I'm trying to make this post go viral.

This is the most wretched campaign of deliberate, explicit persecution the United States has perpetrated against a minority group in decades. Many of the most important people in politics and journalism are busying themselves trying to figure out how little to say or do about it.

First Ukraine, then Greenland, then Canada.

on.ft.com/3EPPA3f What’s really behind Donald Trump’s abrupt pivot to Russia? @financialtimes.com will sink itself if it continues in this way. Trump is a Russian asset.

Keep doing what you do @bylinetimes.bsky.social. You’ve got them worried

on.ft.com/4iaMzIW This is a really important article which I'm sorry is behind a paywall. The point made is that Britain's nuclear deterrent and all that flows from it, is subject to US control. The Brits could pretend this didn't matter when the US was committed to Nato, but now? The UK's wide open

on.ft.com/3QvSLzI Apple withdraws cloud encryption service from UK after government order. Wow

on.ft.com/4hLRosn '...you cannot do any form of liberal democracy on economic stagnation' @robertshrimsley.bsky.social refers to the problems of the current government, but one can use this observation to understand why the Cons deliberately tanked the UK & why Musk is doing the same to the US

on.ft.com/4i5hW7J Dear @financialtimes.com Please stop referring to Trump as if he's in charge. It's well established that he's suffering severe cognitive decline and it's blindingly obvious that Musk and others are running things. We're witnessing a coup.

on.ft.com/3Qr51kI Putin owns Trump which makes them one and the same. I expect Trump to threaten war against any European country that continues to support Ukraine.

When did a price increase become an update?

Why do they want to kill people?

🚨Elon Musk’s DOGE operatives are attempting to access confidential tax information — tax returns, bank data, Social Security numbers — for millions of Americans. Illegal access can lead to jail time under federal law. @wyden.senate.gov and I are investigating and fighting back.

Under oath, Kash Patel said he was unaware of plans to dismiss FBI agents before he was confirmed. Today, whistleblowers revealed Patel was reportedly directing those dismissals. Covertly. Yet another reason he must be rejected.

Listen to Secretary Pete. And remember, these are our funds. These are our courts. And these are our streets.

on.ft.com/4aPGEqk The direction of travel is clear. If, as and when he gets the power to do so, he'll imprison and murder his political enemies. If you believe in freedom, democracy and the rule of law, that could include you.

NEW: Gwynne Wilcox—the NLRB Board Member illegally fired by Trump—has filed a lawsuit contesting her removal. She's represented by Gupta Wessler. This suit tees up an explosive test case about the president's power over independent agencies. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Yeah so the Constitution isn’t really in effect right now

If @nytimes.com can't call it out for what it is, it's not worth the paper it's not written on.

How Trump Is Transforming Executive Power www.newyorker.com/news/q-and-a...

I keep hearing thumb-sucking line from business people and MPs that Trump is "transactional" as if that is the key that unlocks a strategy for dealing with him in a way that feels familiar. But extortion isn't a transaction.
