Yesterday was exhausting. Got a major workout... walked to the grocery store and picked up a 'Buy Nothing' item on the way home. 70kph wind gusts at my back going but in my face returning. And the sidewalks were mostly impassable, especially with a cart full of groceries.

Today my everything hurts as a reminder to be much more attentive when carrying a lot of heavy garbage out and make 2 trips. Tripped and fell out the door. It was not graceful.
