"...fundamentalist thinking does not come down to simply naming who is right and who is wrong...The difference is that fundamentalism and fascism draw their distinctions from a place of pride and fear: pride in one’s place among the 'righteous,' and fear of anything that might threaten that place."

Sickening...👇 It is a lie to say that it hasn't been studied & scientists are afraid to ask the question. It HAS been studied. Often. Scientists ain't afraid But ya know what creates fear? YOUR administration's attack on science! Ya know what lowers life expectancy? Health misinformation.

"scooped up" really obscures how much damage deep sea mining would do to an extremely fragile ecosystem. Scientists simulated mining on the seafloor in 1989. When they went back to check on it 26 years later, the impacts were still visible

Someone has taken control of the NOAA feed. And that person is the antithesis of everything NOAA has stood for. "Waiting to be scooped up and processed...." "Those bison are waiting to be slaughtered and processed..." "Same for those passenger pigeons."
