UPDATE: Got the refund via email. I don’t see how that’s so hard. Companies need to start understanding that sometimes people can’t make phone calls for one reason or another. Secondly; I want shit in writing.

Trying to cancel and get a refund on a membership; says if you need help, call or email. I email because I fucking hate phone calls, I don’t want to talk to someone. Get an email back. “Please call.” Then why the fuck is there an email option if you’re only going to tell me to call the number.

Throwback to years ago when I took my cat Simon to the vet and he and I were just lounging on the chairs in the exam room (Simon stretched out in my lap) and the vet walks in and Simon did a a ‘head up’ of acknowledgment to the vet with a “meow” and the vet stared for a good 3 seconds 😂😭

Trying hard to mask that I’m not actually feeling the joy of the season. It was starting to get better last year, having been 2 years since my mom passed. This is the first year without my stepmom. I mean I’m happy to be with my dad and going to visit family, and happy to make others happy.
