He's right about login code UI, he's right about not using login codes, he is right that passkey UX is terrible. Shun shared secrets for MFA, or authentication in general. But never forget any extra factors add security.

I always regret that a female student & fellow tuttee at University didn't feel confident to complain about our tutor to me immediately he revealed the kind of man he was when it was just her in tutorials. He got moved out swiftly but I suspect they just moved the problem elsewhere.

All the shop's displays were showing this error. The IP address suggests it is a connectivity issue not the subscription. As IT auditor: risk of IP address leakage. As business person: wasted marketing opportunity on error page. As environmentalist, just switch it all off when shut.

The CISA report saying most vulns were initially exploited as zero days is good news. We may be getting better at updating. Is "initially" doing some heavy lifting? One of these vendors shipped known vulnerable Java libraries resulting in vulns despite being in the software tooling business ffs.
