10 years of smart contracts and we still don't know what we're signing on hardware wallets. That just lots someone $1.5 billion. I think, maybe it's my fault as a dapp developer. The hardware maker has a standard and we haven't adopted it. So I go to the Ledger website and click "next steps"

Best guess it's because Putin and Xi wanted to make a bargain that everybody gets to invade whoever they like in their own sphere of influence, and to do that they had to put it into Trump's head that there were countries in the US sphere of influence that he wanted to invade

In diddums (my python DID tool) I'm considering adding a --true-decentralized-identity flag. This will censorship-proof your DID the same way nostr does, by not supporting key rotation. (You can't set a null key in DID:PLC but you can set a pubkey that's the hash of a gif of Jack Dorsey's beard)

I amplified this the other day. One lesson learned: Don't believe an anonymous screenshot from another site. If it's true someone on bsky will be saying it and you can find it in search, then look at the replies and the bio/post history to see if they're really a domain expert

Claims like the below are being spread around. As far as I can tell this is totally untrue, and seems to be based on a misleading (now deleted) paragraph in the Wikipedia page ISO 8601 It’s not *impossible* the SS codebase uses a custom epoch of 1875, but there’s no such widespread standard

Has anyone made a feed where you can tune the proportion of different types of content, like right now I have about 80% uspol and I would like to have more like 20%. I would like to be able to adjust this with little sliders like a graphic equaliser from the 1980s
