Today was a sad day as I discovered that purple/black carrots do not actually yield purple/black carrot cake. Alas, In the end, all carrot cake becomes carrot cake color. Luckily, it remains delicious. But now I have baskets of purple/black #carrots to process. Lol #gardening is fun. 🌱 #garden
