Civil Asset Forfeiture should be ended in all jurisdictions. But if a jurisdiction that can #prosecutemusk still has it; there's a strong case that X shares are subject to forfeiture, as his ownership was used to promote his crimes and suppress & destroy evidence. Might be needed to pay out damages.
