Any advice if Meta just kicked me off of both Instagram and Threads and emailed me a warning about account cancellation and when I use their link, they don’t recognize that I have an account which I have had for at least four years. All this precipitated after a flurry of posting

Facebook just cut me off and denied me posting privileges for 24 hours on any New York Times article. I knew I was a lefty. I did not know that would offend the editorial staff of the New York Times. Live and learn as people change
