Westminster ignores and overrules the Scottish Parliament. When Westminster legislates on areas Scottish Parliament is responsible for, and Scotland withholds consent, Westminster just ignores it. The proper (and official) name for Greenland is Kalaallit Nunaat, it's the only territory in North America where an indigenous language is the sole official language. Its population is 90% Inuit. I'm sure they are feeling terribly reassured by how the USA has treated its indigenous inhabitants.
