Choosing the right GPS/IMU metrics in sport can be daunting. For me it comes down to the demands of the sport and what’s most critical to understand for performance and injury. Don’t pick a metric until after you’ve answered these two questions. #sportscience www.sportsmith.co/articles/ove...
