#longcovid it’s weird one day you struggle next day you are ok. Today I managed 1 hour weights a 30 minute 4.5K treadmill run my breathing was fine although heart rate was a bit higher than normal for my 5K pace, recovery was good, followed this with a 500 metre swim. #covid #gym #notgivingup
