#chronicpain Learning things the hard way in Western Colorado. I had 2 rounds of cortisone in 2 weeks. It was 6 shots total, c7 and t1. Up all night, pain everywhere, hot sweats, and tachycardia, 125-145, all night and still. I had my window open and no blankets to keep cool. It was 30 degrees out!

In order to downsize an organization, one needs a thorough analysis of the employees, work flow, supervisor roles, and budget. Not doing so means things might literally crash. For example, NPS has lost their recent hires, mostly summer park staff. Yosemite is already closing, many others will also.
