My Pups years back. We lost Sophie, the one on the left a couple years ago. Isabella, on the left, is still keeping us entertained at age 13 and loves sharing a caramel latte with Mimi on cold mornings.

This is a Banded Water Snake, Nerodia fasciata fasciata. Found him in the garage and was relocating him out of the yard so our dogs wouldn't harm him. Spooked me at first as he darted under a box and all I could see was a tail. Couldn't tell he wasn't a moccasin until I pulled him out.

Thought I would share some pictures from around the house. The moth is a luna moth and I usually see 3-4 a year. The second is a Spiny Backed Orb weaver. The spider's web is huge reaching from tree branches to the ground, but the spider is very tiny, smaller than a dime.
