Great thread. From personal experience, just doing the "close windows and shut curtains" thing is making a HUGE difference at the moment to my bedroom.and office. To add one thing: Cool shower IMMEDIATELY before going to bed. Shedding excess heat before laying down is getting me to sleep quicker
