That last post about Desmond Miles got me thinking. I used to play every AC for the modern day story. I read the comics, played the side games, I loved it. But like… is that just over now? I haven’t played AC since Odyssey. Does the modern day stuff still exist at all? I’ve never heard about it.

Hot take: I GENUINELY don’t see GTA VI being the Second Coming-scale event that GTA V was. I think we live in a much worse world now with people who scream DEI and complain about EVERYTHING, and I have a feeling there will be SOMETHING about the game that makes it less popular.

Just got out of Operation Mincemeat on Broadway!! Took a rather impromptu 7-hr round trip drive to NYC for $39 tickets on night 3 of previews! What a FANTASTIC tale delivered in a genuinely funny, creative, emotional way! I found myself laughing and crying, and I found myself astounded by it all.

I’m just learning that Robert Eggers is supposedly making a sequel to Labyrinth. As much as I hate legacy sequels, I think if anyone can do it, it’s him. I bet he’d be open to working with puppets, adding strange musical numbers, and it would be perfectly cast. The dude’s a visionary.
