The BBC news just said people in LA were protesting against "Donald Trump's immigration policy" and then "a crack down on undocumented migrants". no, the policies might be awful but it was the egregious use of force by police, ICE and other authorities that promoted it @bbcnews-uk-rss.bsky.social

This morning @greenparty.org.uk has called for the EHRC’s harsh and ill-considered guidance on single-sex spaces to be withdrawn. As it stands the guidance puts trans people at risk of discrimination & violence, and clearly hasn’t been drawn up with trans people’s input. I’ll be pushing for better.
